Birth and Baby is the collaborative knowledge and inspiration of 4 women healers. Our vision is to educate, connect with and empower women, mothers and mothers-to-be on a conscious, natural journey through body, mind, heart and spirit.

 

 

ABOUT BIRTH AND BABY
Chai Benson is a Certified Infant Massage Teacher and an Infant Mental Health Specialist. She provides ongoing infant massage classes in Long Beach to expecting parents and parents of babies 1-7 months old.

Erica DeSanto is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Hermosa Beach.  She works with men, women and children with a variety of life issues including stress, self-esteem, anxiety and depression.  A large emphasis of her practice is on working with women during pregnancy and postpartum.

Kim Gross is a Certified Doula, Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator, Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Lactation Educator and Student Midwife.  She has been assisting families to make empowered choices to create joyful birthing experiences for 6 years and is currently working throughout Los Angel es and Orange Counties.

Jennifer Haddad, MTP is a Health & Wellness Coach, Energy Healer, Sex Educator, and Prenatal Yoga Instructor. She focuses on women’s health, the wholistic birthing process, feminine life cycles, sexuality and transpersonal wellness. She empowers and initiates energetic repatterning and holistic wellbeing through, nutrition, fitness, Reiki, integrative healing strategies and energy cultivation practices.
