Weight training doesn’t stunt growth unless you are one of those people who have no idea what they are doing and lift heavy weights to impress people and end up breaking your back. If you know how to stretch and do the movements correctly, you’ll be fine.
I am not really sure if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your great job is clearly identified. I was wondering if you offer any subscription to your RSS feeds as I would be very interested and can?t find any link to subscribe here.
I run a family home workout room products shop and would just like to know if any one has any views on the advantages of home gym, or has any home gym programs or exercises they would like to talk about. I am pretty much looking for any health and wellness related info that could benefit my members. Thanks for the good info.
